Kingsley O. Kefe is an accomplished development professional, certified project manager, and consumer rights advocate with over fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in program design and implementation, project management, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, organizational development, and institutional administration. He has built a distinguished career leading development initiative that strengthen governance, consumer protection, community resilience, and sustainable socio-economic development across Nigeria.
He currently serves as the Director of Programs at Mazik Foundation for Consumer Rights (MFCR) (Nigeria), where he provides strategic leadership for the Foundation's program portfolio. In this capacity, he leads project design and implementation, proposal development, donor engagement, research, monitoring and evaluation, budget analysis, partnership development, advocacy campaigns, and the coordination of community-based interventions. He also plays a central role in developing innovative programs that advance consumer protection, financial fraud mitigation, digital safety, online scam prevention, and economic empowerment for vulnerable populations.
Kingsley possesses extensive experience managing donor-funded and multi-stakeholder development initiatives. Throughout his career, he has worked with respected national and international organizations, including the MTN Foundation, World Bank-supported projects, the African Network for Environment and Economic Justice (ANEEJ), and the Foundation for the Defense of Consumer Rights (FODCOR). His experience spans project planning, grants management, institutional strengthening, public policy advocacy, capacity building, stakeholder mobilization, and performance management, enabling him to successfully deliver high-impact development interventions.
His academic and professional qualifications reflect a strong multidisciplinary foundation in Economics, Project Management, Facility Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Afam Igbadi is an accomplished Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professional, digital transformation specialist, research consultant, and data management expert with more than a decade of multidisciplinary experience spanning information technology, nonprofit management, donor-funded research, monitoring and evaluation, data systems, logistics, customer service, and organizational development. As the ICT Manager of Mazik Foundation for Consumer Rights (MFCR), he provides strategic leadership for the Foundation’s digital infrastructure, technology innovation, and information management systems that support consumer protection, financial fraud mitigation, online scam prevention, digital advocacy, and organizational growth.
With a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer and Information Science (Second Class Upper Division) from Lead City University, Ibadan, Mr. Igbadi has established himself as a technology leader with extensive expertise in ICT systems administration, web and application development, database management, digital transformation, technology governance, cybersecurity awareness, and data-driven organizational decision-making. His unique ability to bridge technology with program implementation enables him to design practical digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen institutional capacity, and enhance service delivery.
Since assuming the position of ICT Manager at Mazik Foundation for Consumer Rights, Mr. Igbadi has spearheaded the Foundation’s ICT strategy and digital transformation agenda, overseeing the development, administration, and continuous improvement of its information systems and technology infrastructure. He leads the management of the Foundation’s website and digital communication platforms, provides strategic technical support for programme implementation, coordinates ICT procurement and vendor relationships, and ensures that technology remains a catalyst for advancing the Foundation’s mission of promoting consumer rights, financial literacy, online safety, and economic empowerment across Nigeria.
He plays a central role in integrating technology into programme delivery by supporting digital advocacy campaigns, strengthening cybersecurity awareness, improving information management practices, managing ICT assets and software resources, and developing policies that promote secure, efficient, and sustainable ICT operations. His leadership has significantly enhanced digital collaboration among programme teams, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders while positioning the Foundation to leverage innovative technologies in delivering impactful consumer protection initiatives.
Prior to his appointment as ICT Manager, Mr. Igbadi served as Information Technology Staff at Mazik Foundation for Consumer Rights, where he was instrumental in establishing and maintaining the Foundation’s ICT operations. He provided comprehensive technical support, managed organizational databases, maintained digital records, supported website administration, and contributed to technology planning and implementation that strengthened the Foundation’s operational effectiveness during its formative years.
Beyond the nonprofit sector, Mr. Igbadi has accumulated extensive experience across logistics, banking, education research, administration, and private enterprise. As Logistics Coordinator at Caviar Logistics, he coordinated logistics operations, managed service delivery systems, supervised operational personnel, and implemented workflow improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Earlier, as a Commission Sales Associate with Yuma Shelters, he demonstrated strong client relationship management, negotiation, and business development capabilities within Nigeria’s real estate sector.
Mr. Igbadi possesses significant expertise in research coordination and monitoring and evaluation through his work with The Education Partnership (TEP) Centre, where he served as Research Consultant and District Coordinator on large-scale education assessment programmes designed to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes across Nigeria. In this role, he coordinated district-wide field operations, supervised data collection teams, conducted quality assurance activities, trained enumerators, prepared technical reports, and collaborated with government agencies and development partners to ensure the successful implementation of evidence-based education interventions.
His reputation as a meticulous data management specialist was further strengthened during his engagement as a Data Entry Consultant on donor-funded projects implemented by DFID through Cambridge Education under the Developing Effective Private Education Nigeria (DEEPEN) Programme. He contributed to several nationally significant research initiatives, including the Education Data Research and Evaluation in Nigeria (EDOREN), School Improvement Services Survey, Business Development Services Survey, ACCION Loan Survey, and Tax Sensitization Survey. Miss Irene Osanebi is an accomplished administrative and human resource management professional with extensive experience in organizational administration, corporate governance, human capital management, customer relations, and institutional systems strengthening. She serves as the Administrative Manager of Mazik Foundation for Consumer Rights (Nigeria), where she provides strategic leadership for the Foundation's administrative and operational functions, ensuring that organizational systems effectively support the delivery of high-impact consumer protection, financial fraud mitigation, online scam prevention, digital literacy, and economic empowerment programmes across Nigeria.
In her role, Miss Osanebi is responsible for overseeing the Foundation's administrative operations, human resources management, procurement and logistics, organizational compliance, records management, policy implementation, office administration, and institutional coordination. She works closely with the Executive Director and programme leadership to strengthen organizational capacity, enhance operational efficiency, ensure accountability, and maintain compliance with regulatory and donor requirements. Her leadership has contributed to the development of efficient administrative systems that enable the Foundation to deliver quality programmes while maintaining high standards of transparency, professionalism, and good governance.

She served as a supervisor in the building roofing industry, where she coordinated operations, supervised project teams, maintained quality assurance standards, and ensured efficient project execution. She later joined Bank of Commerce as a Customer Service Officer, where she developed expertise in customer relationship management, financial services support, complaint resolution, client engagement, and service excellence.
She subsequently served as Human Resources and Administrative Officer at Group Christian Medical Centre, Asaba, where she managed a broad portfolio of administrative and human resource responsibilities, including recruitment and onboarding, personnel administration, employee relations, records management, office coordination, staff development, policy implementation, and institutional support services. Her work contributed to strengthening internal administrative processes and promoting an efficient and productive workplace.
