To deal with the massive problems facing Nigerian Consumers, we have identified 20 thematic areas which will serve as entry point of our focused advocacy. Each of these thematic areas will have experts that will investigate Consumers complaints and other issues of concern to workers and other marginalized citizens. Flowing from the above therefore, MFCR will ensure that citizens’ rights to quality products and services and the right to quality products and services, and the right to live and work in a conducive environment are not infringed but duly protected, promoted, respected and enforced through facilitated dialogue between parties.
