Founded in Nigeria February 2024. Incorporated in New York State, June 2025. Certified by Nigeria Federal Ministry of Finance. Approved by the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as tax exempt 501 (C)(3) organization. Member of Consumers International.

Our goal is to build a network of critical stakeholders to promote consumer fidelity across Nigeria..

Our mission is to foster hope, promote consumer loyalty, and enhance transparency and accountability. We stay committed to excellence and our objective through our dedication. We are confident in our skills and experience to conquer any hurdles and offer the best solutions for our clients. We pledge to give you the steadfast support needed to defend your rights and safeguard your interests.
We are not a law firm therefore cannot provide legal services. However, we can refer complainants to appropriate government agencies and help with completion of the necessary forms. We believe we can provide strong advocacy activity and unparalleled representation to our clients.
ACTIVITIES:
To achieve our goal, we implement a select set of advocacy activities in Nigeria that will mutually benefit products/ services providers and Nigerian consumers who operate in the shared marketplace.
These activities include, to:
Build the capacity of consumers, products and service providers to understand their rights and responsibilities to each other.
Assist consumers to engage products and service providers to ensure availability of quality products and services for consumers in the marketplace.
Network with developing a systematic linkage and collaboration with like-minded individuals, organizations, products/ service providers, and government agencies in promoting consumer fidelity.
Assist Nigerian consumers to seek redress when their rights are infringed.

Our proactive interventions to promote consumer fidelity in Nigeria is accomplished through:
MEDIATION:
We apply this structured interactive process as an impartial party to assist disputing parties in resolving their conflict(s) using specialized communication and negotiation techniques that focus primarily on needs, rights, and interests.
RECONCILIATION:
We engage in this form of dispute resolution which has much to do with moving from a place of disagreement, unhappiness, and dissatisfaction to a place of remediation (redress).
PEACE BUILDING:
We provide valuable knowledge and requisite skills to products and services providers and consumers to resolve their perceived or actual injustice in nonviolent ways and to transform the conditions that create conflict(s) into sustainable peace.
LEGAL ASSISTANCE:
We provide legal assistance in support of consumers who seek redress, whenever the need arises, and on mutually agreed terms.
